At ISB, all students are provided with a delicious lunch, cooked onsite by the catering company, Genesi, to which we have entrusted our students’ nutritional wellbeing for the past three years. The menu comprises a mostly Italian diet, with ‘primo’ (first course), ‘secondo’ (second course) fresh and cooked vegetables and fruit, but also includes a ‘themed’ menu each month, providing a meal from a different culture and encouraging students to open their tastebuds to new flavours and experiences.

 
Our youngest students are served at the table and eat with their teachers who help them to understand how to make balanced choices about their dietary habits from the beginning.
